Policies & Regulations
For more about our policies and regulations please get in touch.
Our policies and procedures create a foundation for our team to offer the quality and safe services our children deserve. These documents provide clear and transparent information to guide practice.
PCYC NSW and NSW Police have a strong relationship with the Department of Education meeting safety, security and programmatic needs, with local clubs engaging with local schools to meet their respective needs. Our 85 years of service delivery across NSW provides the foundation for PCYC to positively influence our OOSH participants through access to a varied learning program to meet individual learning needs.
At the foundation of our organisation is a focus on child safety. PCYC NSW goes above and beyond the requirements, as we believe that every child in our OOSH service has the right to be safe and protected. All our policies, procedures, and processes are fully compliant, which is the foundation of our practice. All our educators at PCYC must have a verified Working with Children Check and a cleared National Police Check to ensure we provide the highest level of safety around recruitment for the children and families.
